Chief Executive
Sue founded HICA more than 30 years ago and as Chief Executive, has helped it to become Australia's leading independently owned health insurance brokerage.
Sue has a wealth of experience in her field, establishing and managing staff health insurance benefit schemes for a number of large companies, associations and unions.
With a passion for public relations, Sue has also acted as a marketing consultant for health funds and companies regarding insurance and health care related services.
Popular news sources such as The Age, Herald Sun, Courier Mail, Australian Financial Review, Channel 7, Channel Nine and talkback radio station 3AW have all called on Sue to provide advice and commentary on a range of private health insurance matters.

Managing Director
HICA Director Jethro - or Jet as he is known in the office - is passionate about delivering the best possible health insurance advice to Australians.
Jet completed his Bachelor of Engineering at Melbourne University before taking responsibility full time for running the family Health Insurance Brokerage business.
An avid sportsman, health and wellbeing play an important part in Jet's life - so it comes as no surprise that he has spent the last 20 years in the health insurance industry.
Jet is particularly interested in the legislation that affects the private health insurance sector and the issues the industry faces as a whole.
